Log in to KOS Studio
Once you have installed KOS Studio and your organization admin has invited you to use KOS Studio. You can create an account with KOS Studio and start using KOS.
Create an account
You can create an account with KOS Studio once your organization admin has invited you to join the organization. Once the invitation is created you will receive an email from no-reply@kosdev.com with an access token to create an account with KOS Studio.
To create an account:

Install KOS studio and run the application

On the login screen, click on the Create account hyperlink (In the bottom right corner)

On the Create Account screen, provide the token you received via email, and choose a username and password, and click on Create account. .Confirm on pop-up and your account is now created. Consider Following:

An invitation token is only valid for 5 days. If you do not accept the invitation within the specified time, the organization admin will need to send the invitation again.

The username should be unique, less than 19 characters and can include upper and lower case letters, digits 0-9 and/or “.”, “-” and “_” ..Password should be a minimum of 12 characters, and should include :

at least one Upper and lower case letter,
-
one digit 0 to 9,
-
and one special character from:! #$%&'*+-/=?^_`{|}~

Log in
Once you have accepted the invitation and created an account with KOS Studio, you can use the email and password specified during account creation to log in to KOS Studio.
To log in to KOS Studio:

Run the KOS Studio application.

On the login screen provide the email and password for your user account.

Click on Login will log you inside a KOS Studio
Reset your password
If you need to reset your password, you can do so in two different ways.
Forgot password on the login
If you are not logged in to the studio, you can do so from the Forgot Password link on the login page. To reset your password, you should request the reset access token and use the same to reset the password.
To reset your password from login screens:

Request Reset Access token

Run the KOS Studio application.

Click on Forgot Password? hyperlink. On the forgot password screen, provide an email address used to create an account with KOS.

Click on Reset Password. If an account with the provided email is found in KOS, we will send you a reset token.

Reset password with access token:

Run the KOS Studio application.

Click on Forgot Password? hyperlink. On the forgot password screen, click I already have reset token on the bottom right.

On the reset password screen displayed, provide the access token, and new password, and confirm the new password.

Click on Save new password to reset your password. Use the newly set password to log in to KOS Studio
