Missing artifact error is generated when one of the referenced market or published artifacts is no longer available to consume via sections. This usually happens if the referenced artifact is deleted via Artifact Management.

The resolution would require you to contact your studio admin to check artifact availability via Artifact management and/or update your image to remove reference to that artifact.
